Located within our store is a fully equip classroom where we run full sewing classes. You can take machine or basic sewing classes where you learn basic techniques for sewing success.  We also offer embroidery, quilting, crafts, home décor, garment, heirloom, pattern reading, doll making and many other classes, offered by a staff of wonderful teachers with lots of sewing experience in their areas of specialty. Check out our monthly class schedule and come join the fun!

Learn to Sew Class 3

$55.00

Experience more wonderful sewing techniques for beginner sewers in the art of pattern reading. This class teaches how to read patterns and will have you working from beginning to end on a sewing project/pattern. Be prepared to lay out a basic pattern and begin creating your masterpiece through hands on teaching from experienced coaches.


This class fee does not cover cost of materials to make your project. You may want to arrive at your class with these materials or you may purchase them separately in our fine shop at a discount of 15% off your fabric used.


Project - Pants

 Learn the basic skills you need in order to begin sewing from patterns. In this class you’ll learn how to read a pattern, cut it out, piece a garment and make hem and waistband. All while creating a fun pair of casual cotton pants or pajama bottoms! This is a beginning class for people with little prior sewing experience. If you have never used a sewing machine, we recommend taking our basic class I first.
