Learn to Serger Class 1

What is a Serger?  Garment industry needed a quick, accurate way to make garments in a fast inexpensive way. So the Serger machine was born!

Serging is a quick easy way of sewing and can do almost everything a sewing machine can do except button holes. The serger will give a professional look with cottons, knits and fine silks fabrics easily.

Serger Class 1  You will learn how to use different serger stitches and threads for constructing your projects quickly.

The Serger Class 1 has 3 parts.

1st How does a serger machine work and how do you thread a serger? Once we demonstrate how the machine works threading a serger machine is easier.
2nd How do I take care of your machine? We also show tricks and techniques like gathering.
3rd You will make an easy project that will teach you basic techniques and be able to take the directions home to make more.
Kits are availed for the projects.
